Study on the effect of different formulae nourishment on yield of Pleurotus ostreatus

本研究比较了不同配方培养料栽培平菇的生产性能,试验结果表明,以配方③(玉米芯58%、麦麸20%、荞麦皮20%、葡萄糖1%、石膏1%)、配方⑥(玉米芯58%、麦麸20%、玉米面20%、过磷酸钙1%、石膏1%)和配方①(玉米芯78%、麦麸20%、葡萄糖1%、石膏1%)为最佳,子实体产量最高,生物学效率可达70%以上,配方②(木屑78%、麦麸20%、葡萄糖1%、石膏1%)子实体产量最低,生物学效率仅为31%。

In this article,the effect of different formulae nourishment on yield of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied.The results were as follows: the best formulae were No.3(corn core 58%,wheat bran 20%,buckwheat hull 20%,glucose 1% and gypsum 1%),No.6(corn core 58%,wheat bran 20%,maize powder 20%,calcium phosphate 1% and gypsum 1%),No.1(corn core 58%,wheat bran 20%,glucose 1% and gypsum 1%),and yields of sporocarp were the highest,with more 70% of their biology efficiency.By contraries,yield of sporocarp was the lowes...
