超短波电疗仪临床评价

Clinical evaludation of ultrashort wave therapeutic instrument

目的评价BA-CD-I型超短波电疗仪对腰椎退行性骨关节病的治疗效果和安全性。方法采用开放、平行对照的试验方法,将60名受试者随机分入试验组和对照组,一个疗程后分别评价两组疼痛程度的改变和躯体活动受限程度的改变。结果资料显示,试验组与对照组评价指标具有可比性;试验组在疼痛程度的改变和躯体活动受限程度的改变均不劣于对照组。结论 BA-CD-I型超短波电疗仪在临床应用过程中安全,有效,可以适用于临床。

Objective Evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrashort wave therapeutic instrument for retro-lumbar vertebrae disease.Methods An open,parallel controlled trial method was performed.60 subjects were assigned into trial group or control group randomly.The change degree of pain and the change degree of body locomotor restriction of the two groups were measured to evaluate the efficacy after a therapeutic period.Results The data showed that the indexes of evaluation can be compared.Compared with the controlled group,both the change degree of pain and the change degree of body locomotor restriction of trial group showed clinical Non-Inferiority.Conclusion The trial instrument shows safe and effective during the trial period,and can be applied for clinical therapy of local hypothermy.
