阴虚阳亢型高血压病治疗中滋阴养血潜阳法的平稳降压作用

SMOOTH CONTROL EFFECT OF NOURISHING YIN AND ENRICHING BLOOD THERAPY ON BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENTS WITH YANG HYPERACTIVITY DUE TO YIN DEFICIENCY SYNDROME

目的:探讨滋阴养血潜阳疗法对阴虚阳亢高血压病降压的平稳性。方法:采用动态血压监测系统(ABPM)观察中药组33位患者(n=33)治疗前后24h收缩压均值(24hSBP)、24h舒张压均值(24hDBP)、白天收缩压均值(dSBP)、白天舒张压均值(dDBP)、夜间收缩压均值(nSBP)、夜间舒张压均值(nDBP)、降压平滑指数(SI)及降压谷峰比率(T/P)等,并与对照组(n=20)比较。结果:中药组24hSBP、24hDBP、dSBP、dDBP、nSBP降低,与用药前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);SI升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组SBP的T/P比值均大于50%。结论:该疗法对阴虚阳亢高血压患者有降压作用及较好的降压平稳性。

Objective:To study the smoothness control effection of nourishing yin and enriching blood and suppressing yang therapy on blood pressure in hypertension Patients with yang hyperactivity due to yin deficiency syndrome.
