摘要
电工钢片二、三维磁特性测量研究中,H线圈的定标是电工钢片磁特性精细模拟的关键问题.针对这一问题对定标螺线管进行了磁场仿真,根据仿真结果确定了定标螺线管尺寸,按照定标要求设计了定标实验装置和整个测量系统,并根据测量实验的要求编写了基于LabVIEW软件的测量程序,完成了电工钢片磁特性研究中定标实验的数据采集.根据所采集的测量数据和H线圈的定标实验原理,计算得出了H线圈的定标结果.将理论值和实验值进行对比,通过实验证明了该解决方案是有效的,具有一定的可行性.
