摘要
为了综合评价封装板蓄冰设备的蓄冷性能,进行了将有限元分析法应用于两种蓄冰槽实验装置的研究.在实验测量的基础上,分别对蓄冷过程中蓄冰装置的不同通程内蓄冰板的温度场变化进行有限元模拟研究,并对实验与模拟结果进行了对比分析.在蓄冰槽内沿载冷剂流动方向,越靠前的通程蓄冷过程越快,相界面的推进速度也越快,方形蓄冰槽要比圆形蓄冰罐的蓄冰速率快得多.新型立式封装板蓄冰设备蓄冷性能稳定,能够保证在波谷电价时间段内完成蓄冰过程,相对于水平式蓄冰设备其适用范围更广.
In order to comprehensively evaluate the ice storage property of encapsulated board ice storage equipments,the experimental study of applying the finite element analysis method to two ice storage tanks was carried out.Based on the experimental measurements,the finite element simulation was respectively performed for the temperature field variation of ice storage plate in different flow channels of ice storage apparatus during ice storage.And the experimental and simulated results were analyzed comparatively...
