人民警察在缉捕犯罪嫌疑人时,应根据情况选择缉捕战术类型和缉捕战术程序,从而保证自身安全,顺利完成缉捕任务。
Police have the right of arresting various kinds of law-breakers,criminals or suspects according to the law.How to safely reach the goal is the primary issue police need to solve.This paper discusses arrest tactics from the aspects of types and procedures aiming to improve the level of arrest tactics.
