美皮康治疗静脉炎的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of influence of Mepliex on phlebitis in clinic

目的探讨美皮康治疗静脉炎临床疗效。方法 随机选择我科2008年6月至2010年8月由于输注特殊药物导致静脉炎的患者86例,分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组使用美皮康进行局部外贴,对照组使用33%的硫酸镁局部湿敷。结果观察组较对照组换药次数明显减少,愈合时间明显缩短,治愈率显著增高,两组治疗效果差异具有统计学意义(<0.05),结论美皮康能够保持创面的湿润环境,减少换药次数,操作简单,减轻护士工作量,缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率,从而减轻患者痛苦。

Objective Evaluation of influence of Mepliex on phlebitis in clinic.Methods 86 patients with phlebitis due to special drug infusion from the department during June 2008 to August 2010 were randomly divided into two groups of observation and control.43 patients with phlebitis in observation group were treated with Mepilex attached in local area and the other 43 patients with phlebitis in control group were treated with 33% magnesium sulfate locally.Results The treatment times in observation group were much fewer,healing duration was shorter and the cure rate was significantly higher than ones in control groups.Difference of the treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions Mepliles can maintain moist environment in wound area and reduce the treatment times and duration,and improve cure rate,and it is simple to be operated,thereby reducing the suffering of patients and the workload of nurses.
