2009年清镇市第一人民医院口服抗高血压药物利用分析

Utilization of anti-hypertension drugs in our Hospital in 2009

目的分析我院2009年抗高血压药物临床应用情况,为临床抗高血压类药物的合理使用提供参考。方法 采用限定日剂量法,对我院2009年各类抗高血压药物的销售金额及用药频度(DDDs)进行回顾性分析。结果钙通道阻滞剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂为临床一线药。结论我院抗高血压药物的使用情况基本合理。

Objective to study the clinical application of anti-hypertension drugs in 2009 in our hospital and to provide references for rational drugs utilizatian of antihypertension drugs.Methods Adopting DDDS annlysis,the consumption sum,DDDS etc of anti-hypertension drugs in 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results calcium-channel blockers,angioten converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI),were the first line clinical drugs.Conclusions The utilization sructure of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
