中西医结合治疗面部扁平疣疗效观察

Observation of Efficacy on Facial Verruca Planae Treated with Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察中药治瘊颗粒联合鸟体林斯注射液治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将126例面部扁平疣患者随机分成三组,治疗组46例,肌注乌体林斯的同时口服中药治瘊颗粒;对照1组和对照2组各40例,分别口服中药治瘊颗粒和肌注乌体林斯;三组治疗时间均为2个月。结果治疗组总有效率为84.78%,对照1组总有效率为62.5%,对照2组总有效率为57.5%,治疗组和两个对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西结合治疗面部扁平疣疗效优于单纯应用中药和西药。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment of facial verruca planae with Chinese medicine Zhihou granule and DSM4817 injection.
