Tianhengshan, Shandong Tianhengshan Mountain, 2.5 km from Penglai City, is situated in the northern part of Shandong Peninsula. The mountain was once used as a place for troop stationing by King Tianheng of the Qi State dating back 2,200 years. Today, it also has remains of military facilities from Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911).
