Management Research of Investment Abroad about Social Security Funds

随着人口老龄化速度加快,社会保障支出日益增加,低的投资回报率已难以满足不断增加的社保支出需要,急需增加投资渠道。社保基金境外投资有其合理性和必要性,关键是如何实施投资,并对将会面临的风险进行分析,找到防范风险的措施。

With the high proportion of the old to the population,the payout of social security is increasingly expanding,and it hasn't offered the demand of the old for the low returns,it must add the way of investment. Although the way that the social security funds are invested abroad has rationality and necessity,the key is how to put in practice and how to analyze the risk confronted in the future.In the end,I bring forward some methods for guarding(against) risk.
