摘要
和谐社会是以人为本、各种社会关系协调发展的社会。社会主义和谐社会应当以法治为基础。构成和谐社会基础的法治应当具有和谐的品格。和谐法治的基本维度是以公平正义为基本价值,以权利本位为基本内容,以立法、执法和司法的协调为实现机制。
Harmonious socialism is a society with humanism and all kinds of social relations coordinated.Harmonious socialism should only be achieved by rule of law with harmony.The basic value of which is just,the basic content of which is right most lofty,the putting into effect of which is to coordinate the relation of legislation,executing the law and judicature.
