空腹血糖受损与糖耐量受损者胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗的比较 被引量:5

摘要 对231例糖耐量正常(NGT),40例空腹血糖受损(IFG),196例糖耐量受损(IGT)和45例IGT兼有IFG的病例研究显示,IFG(FPG≥6.1mmol/L)组的胰岛素分泌缺欠和胰岛素抵抗比IGT组更严重;IGT组中仅19%例出现IFG。 The study of cases with NGT (n=231), IFG(n=40), IGT(n=196) and IGT combining IFG (n=45) showed that IFG (FPG≥6. 1 mmol/L) exhibited a more severe abnormalities of HOMA-β and HOMA-IR than IGT, and only 18.7% IGT eases had IFG.
