我国农村社会保障制约人力资本发展的因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过将我国农村社会保障对人力资本在数量、质量和再投资方面的影响和福利国家社会保障对人力资本影响进行对比,得出结论完善我国农村社会保障制度有利于降低农村人力资本数量,提高我国人力资本整体质量和人力资本再投资率,推动我国人力资本积累和经济整体增长.
