物流成本控制与企业的竞争力

摘要 本文从企业价值链模型研究出发,论述了物流成'本的控制是国内企业获得竞争力的必然选择.通过分析美国的物流成本结构及各项物流成本在物流总成本中所占的比重,采探讨降低物流总成本的战略,即通过设立安全库存,减少缺货成本和库存积压;通过ABC分析法,降低安全库存量:利用订单信息处理系统,改善库存管理.通过以上分析得出了降低物流总成本的解决模式,并最终提高企业竞争力.
