老年2型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白与心脏结构和功能的关系 被引量：6

The relationship of albuminuria with cardiac structure and function in elderly type 2 diabetes

摘要 84例老年2型糖尿病患者资料显示,尿白蛋白排泄率与左心室内径和左心室厚度正相关,与左心室射血分数负相关。 In 84 elderly type 2 diabetic patients, the urinary albumin excretion rate was positively correlated with left ventricular inner diameter and left ventricular mass, and negatively with left ventricular ejection fracton.
