针灸预处理,是指预先采用针灸的方法对机体的某些腧穴进行刺激,激发机体潜在的生命能力,提高抗病与应变能力,并产生阻抑或减轻随后疾病损伤的方法。对近10余年来国内外针灸预处理的研究概况及热点进行了系统的总结、提炼、分析与思考,认为针灸预处理从一个崭新的角度证明了针灸作为引起机体适度应激的有效手段,能启动机体机体内源性保护机制,调动各种自我反馈和调节机制以维持内环境稳定,进而产生防病减病的保护作用。并预测随着健康医学的到来,针灸作为既不损伤组织器官又能产生预防或减轻疾病的安全可行的适宜方法,将日益引起关注。随着现代科学技术向针灸机制研究的更多渗透,充分利用现有的技术与手段揭示针灸预处理的机制将为时不远。

Acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment is a method that adopts the acupuncture and moxibustion method to stimulate some points of the organism in advance to excite the life ability with potential organism and improve the disease-resistant and adaptability to changes, in order to produce repression or lighten damages of the disease afterwards. This text summarized, extracted, analysed and considered the domestic and international study and foous on acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment in recent more than ten years, and concluded that acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment was an effective method which could be appropriate to start the mechanism of organism endogenous protection, and arouse various kinds of self feedback with regulation mechanism to maintain homeostasis in order to produce the protective effect of prevention and abatement disease. Moreover with arrival of health medical science, acupuncture and moxibustion as one safe feasible method that could produce and prevent or lighten disease, would cause the concern day by day. It would not be far to utilize the existing technologies and methods to announce acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment mechanisms fully, with permeation from modern science and technology to the research of acupuncture and moxibustion mechanism.
