基于网络层次分析法的C2C卖方评价研究

摘要 近年来,国内C2C电子商务市场规模正在不断扩大。C2C模式也为消费者带来了极大的便利与价值。然而面对众多各有特色的商家,消费者往往会感到无所适从,不知道如何对商家做出正确的选择和全面的评价。因此本文主以手机等数码类产品为例,运用网络层次分析法(ANP)建立一个较为全面科学的评价体系,为消费者选择合适的商家提供了参考。
