3-Dimensional tolerance analysis based on a vector loop model

提出一种三维尺寸链的向量环模型,并在公差分析一般方程式的基础上,通过向量内积运算得到封闭环偏差的一般表达式,能够有效解决三维尺寸链的公差分析问题。最后给出一个应用实例,并对应用极值法、统计法和Spott’s修正模型的三种公差分析结果进行了比较。

Introduces a new method called vector loop model method to solve the tolerance analysis problem of 3-dimensional chain and the resulted tolerance analysis equation which is derived through vector operations shows its good adaptability to 3-dimensional tolerance analysis. The proposed method has been applied to develop a computer-aided tolerancing system in a 863 project.
