Solving method of dimension chain based on interval mathematics

对于机械零件误差的不确定性,常用随机不确定性理论来描述。分析误差和公差的不确定性发现,它们可用区间数学加以描述,并应用区间数学求解尺寸链发现,所得结果与尺寸链的极值求解方法相同。这也证明了应用区间数学来描述误差和公差是正确的。

For uncertainty of error in mechanical parts, it is used to describe it by random uncertain theory. Analyzed uncertainties of error and tolerance,found that it is feasible to describe it by interval mathematics, and solved dimension chain through interval mathematics equation. The result shows that the solution is the same as that of traditional extremum method. Therefore, it also proves that it is correct to apply interval mathematics to describe error and tolerance.
