柴油机曲轴的离子氮化工艺

介绍采用脉冲式离子氮化炉对柴油机曲轴进行辉光离子氮化的处理工艺。试验表明,在氮化炉中放入含La、Ce的混合稀土,或在离子氮化过程中通入少量CO2气体,都能明显促进离子氮化过程。

Introduces the ionitriding technology that acting on the crankshafts of diesel engine. The experiments indicates that it can obviously promote ionitriding and enhance the wear resistance of crankshaft through putting the rare earth that contained La and Ce into ionitriding furnace or passing over some CO2 into ionitriding process.
