摘要
以金属Cu,Fe,Mn,Mo为主要活性组分,以γ-A l2O3为载体制备催化剂,在高温高压下催化氧化处理DSD酸废水,探讨了活性组分配比、焙烧温度对催化剂催化活性与稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂Fe-Mn/γ-A l2O3的催化效果好,金属离子溶出量低,且连续使用效果好,经处理后DSD酸氧化废水中的COD去除率达97.5%。
The catalyst was prepared with Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo as main active components and γ-Al2O3 as cartier, and used in the treatment of DSD wastewater under high temperature and pressure. The effects of active component proportion and calcining temperature on the activity and stability of the catalyst were studied. The results show that the catalyst Fe - Mn/γ-Al2O3 has good catalytic effect with low leaching quantity of metal ions and can be used continuously. After treatment, the removal rate of COD in the wastewater is 97.5%.
