多重耐药淋病奈瑟球菌耐药基因的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨淋病奈瑟球菌多重耐药与耐药基因的关系。方法应用K-B法与琼脂稀释法测定35株淋菌对抗生素的敏感性,煮沸法提取菌株DNA,PCR扩增TEMt、etM、erm和mefA基因。结果35株淋菌的敏感性测定显示:多重耐药现象明显,TEM耐药基因的检出率为88.6%,tetM基因的携带率为11.4%,首次在国内从35株淋菌中检出mef、erm耐药基因,其中mefA基因2株阳性,erm基因1株阳性。结论淋菌的多重耐药与各耐药基因型之间密切相关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the multi-drug resistance and the resistance genes of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. METHODS Thirty five strains of N. gonorrhoeae were tested their susceptibilities to antibiotics by K B and agar dilution methods. Total DNA was extracted by boiling methods. The resistance genes of TEM,tetM,erm and mefA were amplified by PCR. RESULTS The susceptibilities tests showed that the multidrug resistance of N. gonorrhoeae was obvious. The percentages of TEM and tetM were 88.6% and 11.4%,respectively. Among the 35 strains, two strains mefA genes were positive, and one strain erm was positive. This is the first time to find the resistance genes of erm and mefA from N. gonorrhoeae in our country. CONCLUSIONS It has a close relationship between the multi-drug resistance and the resistance genes of N. gonorrhoeae.
