从杰力酶半自动手术器械洗涤质量探讨洗涤的洁净度标准 被引量:28

摘要 目的为进一步探讨手术器械有效、快速洗涤方法及洁净度的标准。方法将使用含氯消毒剂手刷和使用免刷型杰力酶半自动洗涤分为两组,对本院5个科室5个月对手术器械用两种方法洗涤后的洁净度等因素的对比。结果甲组在5个月的时间在5个科室用5台半自动手术器械洗涤机分别洗涤,每天洗涤器械总数约3 000件。结论洗涤后其甲组目测器械外观表面清洁光亮,污垢完全溶解脱落;电镀完整无腐蚀;轴节、锋利刃面等均无损,合格率>99.73%,乙组经过含氯消毒剂浸泡和刷洗后的器械与甲组比器械表面光亮度不够,发乌并有水痕。 OBJECTIVE To study the efficient and rapid washing methods and the standards of the cleanliness through comparing the cleaning degree of surgical instrument washing by two methods. METHODS To use chloric disinfectant (as control) and semiautomatic washing to clean the surgical instrument by Jie-Li enzyme-SQ respectively. RESULTS About 3 000 pieces of instruments were cleaned by semiautomatic washing machines in 5 departments during 5 months. CONCLUSIONS The instrument surface after semiautomatic washing by Jie-Li enzyme-SQ is clean and bright. The dirt is dissolved and dropped off completely. The electroplates membrane is not corrupted. And the control group instrument surface is not bright with water trace.
