安全输血保障的策略

Strategy for Assuring Blood Transfusion Safety

目的根据目前安全输血存在的问题,提出安全输血保障的策略,以预防输血副作用的发生。方法通过对相关血液标准和文献的分析和总结,提出安全输血保障的策略。结果安全输血保障的策略主要包括加强血液制剂生产的质量管理和质量监督,不断提高血液制剂的质量标准以及研制开发新的血液成分,保证临床用血的疗效和安全。结论只有全方位实施安全输血保障的策略,才能有效地预防各类输血副作用的发生,保证血液安全。

OBJECTIVE To design the strategy for assuring blood transfusion safety according to the problem existing in blood transfusion and prevent the occurrence of transfusion side effect, METHODS To propose the strategy for assuring blood transfusion by analyses of the related blood standards and references. RESULTS The strategy for assuring blood transfusion included to force on the quality management and supervise blood product,improve requirements and standards and develop new components to assure the effectiveness and safety of blood product, CONCLUSIONS Only execute the strategy of assuring blood transfusion can assure the transfusion safety.
