摘要
实验分别采用颈动脉窦灌流及电刺激减压神经的方法,测定在产生减压效应时,家兔部分脑区及血浆内神经降压素含量的改变。结果表明,颈动脉窦灌流及电刺激减压神经产生明显的减压效应时,家兔垂体、下丘脑、延髓及血浆内神经降压素含量较对照组明显增高。该结果提示,家兔体内内源性神经降压素可能参与压力感受性反射的调节过程。
The neurotensin immunoreactive (NTIR) in plasma and some brain areas was measured when baroreceptor was excited by depressor nerve stimulation and carotid sinus perfusion. The results showed that the NTIR in pituitary, hypothalamus, medulla and plasma increased markedly when baro-receptor was excited. This indicates that endogenous NT may be involved in the regulative mechanism of baroreceptor reflex in rabbits.
