从顾客满意到顾客忠诚相关概念关系研究概述

摘要 从顾客满意到顾客忠诚的转换过程及其相关概念在服务行业中的研究是营销学界关注的问题.先从与服务行业顾客忠诚的相关概念的解释入手,进而阐释这些概念在顾客满意到顾客忠诚变化过程中的关系和意义,最后给出了顾客忠诚理念为实施CRM提供的启示.
