The fuzzy control system based on the PLC＇s hardware is introduced in the paper. The system doesn＇t add any hardware, and reduces the cost. It has less effect to the in gear production, and has high reliability, system is easy to adjust and maintain. The system adopts Fuzzy - PID control for high static and dynamic characteristic.
