摘要 针对油气管道腐蚀缺陷定量分析精度很难提高的现状,根据腐蚀缺陷评价标准,定义缺陷外形尺寸,设计现场检测试验,并制作大量不同类别的样本缺陷用于实际检测试验。分析了大量缺陷漏磁场数据,选取了量化缺陷外形的漏磁场特征,给出了缺陷外形和漏磁场特征的关系曲线。试验得出这些特征可有效量化缺陷外形尺寸。 The quantitative analysis of erosion defect in oil-gas pipeline was very difficult. According to the estimation criterion of pipeline erosion defect, the dimension of pipeline defect was defined, furthermore, lots of artificial defects were tested and compared. The relationship between magnetic flux leakage data of pipeline defects and the size of defects was analyzed.
