摘要
气相色谱及电子轰击源质谱联用应用于油漆施工中室内空气中有机挥发物及芳烃(主要是苯,甲苯及二甲苯)的监测及分析,从室内现场空气中取样用于测定其中的芳烃.从油漆稀释剂上方的挥发气体中取样用于有机挥发物的分析.气相色谱中采用INNWAX弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm),对色谱参数及条件作了详细叙述.通过在NIST色谱库检索,检出了30种化合物,定性测定毋需标准物质.有机挥发物中各组分的相对百分含量及空气中芳烃的含量通过面积百分率法并应用外标法可计算得到,测定空气中苯,甲苯及二甲苯的检出限在0.1~0.2 ng间,上述三组分的工作曲线有良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.999 5~0.999 9之间.对浓度水平在10.0 ng·L-1空气试样进行7次分析,得到相对标准偏差为10.8%.
The hyphenation of GC and EI-MS was applied to the inspection and analysis of indoor air during painting for the arenes and volatile organic compounds (VOC's). Air sample was taken for the determination of arenes (mainly benzene, toluene and xylenes), and the volatile gaseous mixture above the paint-diluent was taken for the analysis of VOC's. INNWAX capillary chromatographic column (30 m×0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm) was used in the GC analysis and the chromatographic parameters were described in detail. Thirty compounds were identified in the sample by the help of NIST chromatograph data-base, without using standard reference materials. The contents (in relative %) of these compounds and also the arenes in air were calculated by the area-percentage method and the outer standard method was applied. The main content of the VOC's was found to be the benzene derivatives, totally about 88. 7%. The limit of detection of the arenes in their determination in air samples were in the range of 0. 1 to 0. 2 ng, and good linearities were obtained for the standard curves of benzene, toluene and xylenes giving correlation coefficients in the range of 0. 999 5--0. 999 9. RSD's (n=7) obtained, in the analysis of an air sample having a concentration level of 10.0 ng · L^-1 , was 10. 8%.
