摘要
研究生群体的在学综合现状,直接关系到研究生培养工作的总体质量与水平。文章以上海部分高校2005~2008级研究生为对象,在问卷调查、访谈的基础上,构建研究生综合现状指标体系,并对思想状况、生活状况、学业状况、就业状况相关指标进行了多元线性回归分析,进而提出加强导师指导、完善高校党建、强化生涯规划、改善经济状况等诸多针对研究生教育的意见和建议。
The comprehensive status for the postgraduates directly relates to the overall quality and level of postgraduate education.The subjects for this reseach were chosen from the postgraduates of grade 2005~2008 of part of the universities in Shanghai.Based on the questionnaires and interviews,the thesis built an indicator system of the comprehensive status and made a multivariate linear regression analysis of the postgraduates' ideology,life,study and employment.It provided some ideas and suggestions on postgra...
