摘要
本文从闽台高校就业工作中的政策支持、机构设置、就业指导内容、人员构成以及就业率统计五个方面进行了比较。通过比较我们可以发现闽台两地高校的就业工作有许多方面可以进行优势互补,并从中得到了许多有益的启示。
The policy support,institutional setting,career guidance content,personnel and employment statistics in Fujian and Taiwan universities employment were compared in this paper.By comparison we can see that there are many aspects of employment work can complement each other in Fujian and Taiwan universities,and derive a number of useful inspiration.
