摘要
采用浓硫酸和发烟硫酸的混合物作磺化剂得到不同磺化度的磺化杂萘联苯聚醚酮(SPPEK),考察了不同磺化度的SPPEK膜的导电和阻醇特性.磺化度为73%的膜在测试的温度范围内膜的电导率数量级在10-2S/cm,其甲醇透过系数约比Nafion115膜低一个数量级,如果以质子传递通量和甲醇传递通量之比定义为综合指标,SPPEK膜的综合性能比Nafion115膜高3.3倍.
Sulfonated poly(phthalazinone ether ketone) with various sulfonation degree were synthesized by reaction of PPEK with mixtures of fuming sulfuric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid with different acid rations as sulfonating agent. Their proton conductivity and methanol permeability as a function of the sulfonation degree were investigated. For 73 % degree of sulfonation, proton conductivity reaches 10^-2 S/cm at all the temperature range tested. The methanol permeability of the 73 % degree of sulfonation SPPEK membrane is about one order of magnitude lower compared with that of Nafion 115 membrane. If the ratio (σ/P) is used to characterize the performance of a membrane for DMFC, the ratio of the SPPEK membrane is about 3.3 times higher than that of Nafion 115 membrane at 80 ℃.
