摘要
从生态教学观视角看,幼儿园教学中家长资源的开发与利用存在着重利用轻开发、重临时轻长远、重配合轻参与等问题,这在一定程度上导致幼儿园教学的生态失调,降低了幼儿园教学的有效性。为此,幼儿园管理者和教师必须树立生态教学观,对家长资源与幼儿园教学的关系进行生态性建构,以期重建幼儿园教学的生态平衡。
