幼儿园惩罚教育是指幼儿园教师在保障幼儿园日常生活正常进行,尊重幼儿身心发展特点的前提下,对幼儿的不良行为和认知进行否定性评价,引起幼儿内心的不愉快情绪体验,从而减少或杜绝幼儿的不良行为和认知,培养幼儿良好的行为习惯和个性品质。教师在实施惩罚教育时应注意家园一致,情理交融,适时适度,使惩罚教育既能制止幼儿的不良行为,保证正常的教育教学秩序,又能增进师幼之间的良性互动。
