摘要
根据武汉市15个湖泊、水库的浮游生物、底栖动物调查结果及理化性质监测数据,选择12个量化指标进行主成分分析,提取出6个主成分,运用回归分析算出15个样本在主成分上的标准得分,据此进行聚类分析,将评价水体划分为4种生态类型,并对之进行讨论分析,得出了每一类生态水体的水生生物群落结构特征、水质状况、富营养化状况、污染类型等.
According to the investigation of plankton,benthos and the physical & chemical data of 15 lakes and reservoirs in wuhan,12 quantitive index was selected and 6 principal component was extracted. By the method of regression analysis we got the score of principal component to the 15 samples,then divide the ecosystem waterbody into A,B,C and D, this classification can be confirmed by the appraise result and physics & chemistry character. It also offer more information than water quality assessment, for instance, biological characteristic, eutrophication state, main pollutant and type of polluting, etc. in the end, the character of community structure,water quality,Eutrophication status and contaminated type of every kind of water was discussed.
