摘要
测试了6种糊料的黏度、流变性能、稳定性能和印制性能。针对大豆纤维的热收缩率较大,提出了棉/大豆纤维预缩处理工艺的必要性,并用海藻酸钠糊探讨了棉/大豆纤维的印花工艺条件对织物K/S值的影响。
The viscosity, rheological behavior, stability and printing performance of six imported printing pastes were tested. Pre-shrinking preprocess is important for soybean protein fiber because the thermal shrinkage of soybean fiber is great. The influence of printing process of cotton/ soybean fiber mixture on K/S value with sodium alginate paste is also discussed in the paper.
