摘要
通过有限元法建立了整个带式输送机系统纵向振动的动力学模型,应用MatlabSimulink软件建立了带式输送机动力学系统的仿真模型,通过合理的设置仿真参数,对带式输送机的断电过程进行仿真,对其结果进行可视化处理,以控制输送机断电情况下的稳定性和安全性。
Longitudinal vibration dynamics model of complete belt conveyor system is built with finite element method and also the corresponding simulation model is established with Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation of the belt conveyor during the transient shut- down period is performed with rationally set simulation parameters. Such parameters as conveyor speed, acceleration, dynamic tension varying with time are plotted. The simulation is aiming to improve stability and safety of the designed conveyors during shut - down period.
