摘要
以直齿圆柱齿轮传动为例,建立用弹簧装置缓冲齿轮传动冲击的机构模型,介绍其工作原理,分析了传动装置中的齿轮、弹簧和销组件的强度设计,并结合实例讨论了使用中应注意的几个问题。
This paper presents model gear drive mechanism with straight cylindrical gear and spring bumper. The operation principle of the mechanism is described. The strength design of the gear, spring and pin is performed. Also, problems in use of such mechanisms are discussed with the help of an actual application.
