摘要
针对某客车在使用过程中出现车架开裂的情况,运用有限元法对典型工况进行模拟计算,在掌握原车结构应力、应变分布的基础上,对厂家提出的结构改进方案进行验证,通过对改进前后整车骨架强度和刚度的计算及对比分析,发现修改方案的不足,提出局部改进的修改方案。
Considering the fact that the frame is prone to crack after running a certain distance, finite element analysis and calculation of the frame under typical conditions is performed. Improved design provided by the manufacturer is also discussed based on the frame stress and strain distribution of previous bus. Comparison and analysis in strength and stiffness of the improved and previous frames is conducted and problems with the improved design are found and thus local modification proposals are put forward.
