摘要
提出了一种柴油/乙醇双燃料发动机计算机实时控制的燃料系统,着重研究了基于LabVIEW的进气道乙醇顺序喷射系统,能使发动机在各种工况下的空气、柴油和乙醇均以最佳混合比进行燃烧。试验证明,发动机最低能耗率下降15%,最大功率时烟度下降80%,且其动力性能良好。
A computer control system of mixture ratio for diesel/alcohol dual-fuel engine is presented in this paper. Based on Labview, the order injection system for alcohol inlet is mainly studied. As a result, the mixture of air, diesel and alcohol are burned with the optimal ratio under various operation conditions. Test results show that the energy consumption and smoke density of engine are respectively decreased 15 percent and 80 percent, the improvement of engine's thermal efficiency and power performance are remarkable.
