摘要
针对某型柴油机切向/螺旋组合进气道进气系统进行了稳态流场的数值模拟,分析了组合气道的流动特性,为进气道位置优化提供了依据;在不改变原机气道形状的基础上,通过稳流试验确定了最终进气道位置的优化方案,证实了流动数值模拟在气道优化中的指导作用。
The three-dimensional flow field in a combination intake system with tangent intake port and helical intake port of a diesel engine was simulated. The analysis of the 3D flow field revealed the performance of flow and provided strong support for optimizing design. Without changing the figure size of intake port, the ports position had been optimized by means of comparing the steady flow test results. It is consistent with theory analysis of the simulation results that indicated numerical simulation could play an effective role to guide engine port design.
