摘要
利用谐振吸收原理和传输线理论分析了超薄金属膜的吸波性能.测量了Al,Ni薄膜的方块电阻及其用于不同厚度泡沫结构的平板反射率,实验结果表明:超薄金属膜结构可以实现谐振吸收;吸波性能由介质材料和金属薄膜共同决定.讨论了超薄金属膜结构中泡沫厚度对吸收峰位的影响,及金属薄膜的方块电阻对吸收峰值的影响.
Microwave absorbing performances of ultra-thin metallic films were analyzed by resonance absorbing principle and transmission line theory. The sheet resistances and reflectivity of ultra-thin aluminum and nickel films were measured when they were applied to foam with different thickness. The little difference between the calculated and experimental results was discussed. Both the influence of foam thickness upon absorption peak position and the influence of metallic films of different sheet resistance upon absorbing peak value were discussed. It is concluded that the structure of ultra-thin metallic films can result in resonance absorbing, the absorbing performances were decided by both medium materials and metallic films.
