摘要
对球墨铸铁的低温气体多元共渗技术进行了研究。渗层成分分析表明:氮、氧两种元素在渗层中含量显著提高,从而使渗层硬度达到945 HV,渗层深度为60μm,且具有良好的硬度分布。
The technology of low temperature gas multicomponent permeation for nodular cast iron was studied. The composition analysis and hardness testing indicated that the content of nitrogen and oxygen were increased. The hardness and depth of permeation layer were 945 HV and 60 μn respectively. And the hardness distribution was good.
