摘要
对龙口褐煤进行了硝酸氧化分解的实验研究,考察了影响丙酮可溶酸产率的主要因素。煤酸比、氧解温度、氧化时间、硝酸浓度等对丙酮可溶酸产率的影响,并确定了最佳工艺条件,同时对所制得的硝化煤取代部分苯酚进行了酚醛树脂的合成实验,确定了合成树脂的各原料的最佳配比、工艺条件及性能指标。
Shandong Longkou brown coal has been oxidized and depolymerized with nitric acid under mild conditions.The effects of coal to nitric acid ratio,oxidation temperature,oxidation time and nitric acid concentration have been studied on the yield of acetone soluble acid obtained.The optimum reacting conditions have been determined.A new type of phenolic resin adhesive for casting has been prepared by oxidized brown coal and phenol and formaldehyde. The optimum feed ratio, reacting conditions and its related performance have been determined.
