高校党的组织工作要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,围绕育人中心,服务发展大局,完善领导体制和运行机制,坚持创先争优,推进学习型党组织建设,加强干部人才队伍建设,发展党内民主,不断提高组织工作科学化水平。

The organization department in universities should carry out and implement the scientific development view,centering on educating people,serving development,improving the leadership system and operation mechanism.It should insist on striving for creativity and excellence,promoting the construction of a learning-type party organization,strengthening the construction of leadership talents,developing inner party democracy and gradually improving the organization of its work in a scientific way.
