大学生思想政治素质具有发展性,呈现出客观性、差异性、动态性和创造性特点。它表现为内涵式和外延式两种发展模式。其发展动力既有来自宏观环境和微观环境的外动力,也有来自学生自身的内动力。当内外动力高度一致和协调时,它的发展才出现最佳状态。

The ideological and political quality of college students is developmental,demonstrating features such as objective,diversifying,dynamic and innovative.Two developing models are exhibited.One is intension type.Another is extension type.They are promoted by both the outer power from macro and micro environments,and the inner power from the students.When the outer power and the inner power are highly consistent and in harmony,the development of students' ideological and political quality will be in the best state.
