介绍了马钢16.2m2球团竖炉系统投产后为提高球团矿产、质量所采取的一系列操作法的探索、创新。总结出包括开炉、布料、焙烧的一套系统、科学的竖炉操作法,使竖炉利用系数,球团矿产量、质量多项指标达全国先进水平。
The probe and innovation of a series of operation methods for improving pallet yield and quality at Masteel's newly-built 16.2m2 shaft furnace were introduced.A scientific operation system including startup,material distribution and roasting for the shaft furnace was developed,enabling the utilization factor,pallet yield and quality and other indicators of the furnace to reach advanced level in the country.
