马钢二铁总厂烧结石灰石粒度控制实践

Control of Limestone Sizes in Sinter Burden at Masteel's No.2 Ironmaking Works

随着烧结配料资源结构调整,马钢二铁总厂开展了对熔剂石灰石配料粒度的控制摸索。一方面解决了石灰石制备系统症结,降低系统作业率,实现了节能降耗;另一方面达到了优化烧结性能,提高了烧结产质量。

With structural adjustment of sinter burden ingredients,Masteel's No.2 ironmaking works conducted exploration to control the limestone sizes as a flux in sinter burden.On one hand,it solved problems in the limestone preparation system,reduced the operation time of the system,saved energy and lowered consumption;on the other hand,it optimized sintering performance and improved sinter quality.
