摘要
通过对马钢无料钟炉顶氮气均压阀液压系统的改进,将原单一回油节流调速改为进出口同时节流所构成的串联复合式节流调速方式,使得均压阀机构动作平稳,消除了阀板与阀座的冲击力,大幅提高了均压阀的寿命。
Through modifying the hydraulic equalizing valve for nitrogen of bell-less top at a blast furnace of Masteel,the original speed regulation by one-way throttling of return oil was changed into double-throttle at both entry and exit to form speed regulation by series combined-type throttling.As a result,the equalizing valve works more steadily,the impact between valve plate and valve seat has been eliminated and the service life of the valve is greatly increased.
